I John Rogers doe humbley Request this Wor[shipfu]ll Court of Assistants
to Lett mee know the name or names of those persons or that person
that hath accused mee or informed aganst mee to Authorrity uppon
which accusation or information I was Apprehended and Committed
to Prison. As allso that a Coppie of the Said Accusations or ~
informations may bee grannted mee. and that the Recognizances
of the Said Informens or Accusers one or more bee Safely preserved
and a Coppie there of allowed mee John Rogers
